Carpentry

I  have worked as a carpenter and contractor for over 10 years.  I studied carpentry at NorthwestTechnical College in Bemidji.   I will use my vast carpentry knowledge when inspecting your future home!

Plumbing

As your home inspector, I will do a thorough job of inspecting all visible plumbing and will provide an easy to understand assessment.

There are many electrical items to check during a responsible home inspection including switches, sockets and your electrical panel.   Heating and cooling units and more.  When I complete your home inspection, my  report will provide you all the details.

 

If you have concerns about radon gas in your current or future home, call me.  I utilize a continuous radon monitor that offers precision readings.
